Whether it are carbon fiber cold air intakes, carbon bodyparts or OEM replacement filters, we put much effort into developing our products. Our extensive R&D process consists of roughly 4 phases:
In order to ensure a 100% fitment of our carbon fiber cold air intakes, we start with a 3D scan of the engine bay. Using this 3D scan, we use CAD in order to digitally design our cold air intake prototype for the specific vehicle.
Our digitally designed prototype will then be produced though 3D printing. This prototype will be test fitted and, if needed, adjusted. This process will be repeated until we are satisfied with the result and the product fits 100%.
The final step in the design and production process, is the realisation of the actual carbon fiber cold air intake. After we've designed the perfect 3D printed prototype, it's time to create on out of carbon fiber, using our own molds. With this product, we do a last test fitting of the product.
Now, the actual product is finished, it's time for a dyno test! We run extensive in-house test in order to see the actual difference our carbon fiber cold air intakes deliver over their OEM counterparts.
